The Gen Z workforce has been a major topic of discussion on Twitter, with many people complaining about how difficult it is to manage them. Unlike their predecessors, the Millennials, this generation seems to have a unique disposition towards life, work and success, some of which their employers find surprising.
Whether or not you support this generation's style, it's clear that the world still has a lot to learn from and about them. Yes, they probably spend a lot more time on their smartphones. However, we can't dispute that there's a lot of creativity and courage among these youths.

21-year-old Chisom Nwokwu is living her dreams at Microsoft.
Chisom Nwokwu' career took a different turn when she attended a virtual conference by Women Who Code. According to Nwokwu, the conference hosted speakers who were engineers at Google and Facebook. “These people were fresh graduates of UNILAG (University of Lagos),” she said. “One of them was already working at the Facebook office in Dublin, while the other was at Google, U.K. They spoke about how they started preparing while in school and landed these jobs as fresh graduates.” Read more.
